We will offer individualized 1 hour kayaking lessons for people who wish to have specific and personalized training.

Discovery course to understand the different factors inherent in this sport, at your own pace. Advanced course to prepare for an event (expedition, sporting event, etc.) with the development of a technical notebook to be able to put into practice the training elements seen during the various sessions. Refresher course on the right gestures (learn to navigate the economy, learn the rolling ...)

Fitness kayaking session where we offer the possibility of getting back in shape or staying in shape. Kayaking is one of the most complete sports in the world allowing you to develop the greatest number of muscle groups in a symmetrical way.

Private lesson to discover the marine or river environment alone (on the Touques) in complete peace of mind with information on the fauna and flora from the instructor.
