Our Tourist Office aims to be part of a process of "living together", which is why we applied for the Tourism & Disability label from the  Normandy Disability Coordination. The Trouville-sur-Mer Tourist Office was given the Tourism & Disability label , for the 4 disabilities (visual, auditory, mental and motor), in March 2021. The label, issued by the General Directorate of Enterprises and Normandy Disability Coordination, is valid for 5 years.

Our permanent travel advisors have been trained in the four disabilities (hearing, mental, motor and visual) to provide the best possible welcome to everyone visiting Trouville-sur-Mer.

The Tourist Office is equipped with equipment and facilities to meet everyone's needs:

The entrance is on street level, and foot traffic is guided by strips on the ground leading to the shop and to the documents to organise your stay. You can take away a small souvenir from Trouville-sur-Mer.

The lower counter gives access to information for people with reduced mobility.

Tourist documents about the resort are available for consultation or on loan: in braille, large print et Easy To Read and Understand versions..

A magnetic loop is installed at reception to make communication easier for people with hearing disabilities.

Our friends the guide dogs are welcome, as well as all other dogs.

The town of Trouville-sur-Mer goes out of its way to welcome you and make life easier for people with reduced mobility. Our town has several parking spaces in easily accessible locations for visits or trips around town.
There is no charge for parking in these spaces.

The city's public toilets are also accessible to people with reduced mobility.
