With its open kitchen and contemporary decor which contrasts – and blends perfectly – with this 17th century mansion, Le Capucine has not finished surprising. Nestled on the ground floor of this typically Norman and 100% atypical building, a few kilometers from Honfleur, the gastronomic restaurant of the Jardins de Coppélia – open to external customers – surprises, as much as it seduces the taste buds.

Its atmosphere rhymes with the charm of a residence with an old character, designer furniture and large open spaces. The atmosphere is relaxed, trendy and cozy for gourmet "feel good" moments during your getaway in Normandy.

The large bay windows let in the light and open onto a superb terrace overlooking the sea, in the heart of the surrounding nature, as if to recall what is at stake on the plate: a cuisine that places the product and nature at the heart dishes.
