Join the solidarity movement by walking or running for a good cause, on a route filled with lights all along the beach!

THE NIGHT TRAIL

The idea for the race came from the town of Trouville-sur-Mer's aim of launching solidarity events around a promising vector, sport, and to make a significant contribution to charity by allowing associations to mobilise, to get together and especially to raise funds.

An evening run or walk (not timed), the Night Trail is above all a solidarity challenge open to as many people as possible, sporty or not, gathered around the same cause, and the opportunity to share a moment on their own, with friends or family, and with or without a pet.*

*To take part, it is mandatory to keep your dog on a leash (even if your dog is gentle) and to pick up poo out of respect for others.

THE COURSE

Starting from the beach, behind the municipal swimming pool at 22 p.m., after the sun dips into the sea. Depending on your preference, there are two routes on the beach with lights along the way: a 4 km walk, from the Hennequeville dyke and then back to the swimming pool. Or a 6 km run from the swimming pool to the Hennequeville vessel traffic service, then back to the swimming pool.

FOR WHICH CHARITY?

100% of funds raised are donated to an association. This year, the chosen charity is The Pink Blouses. The association works mainly with hospitalized children and adults and the elderly. For more than 75 years, the Blouses Roses have been entertaining, comforting, listening, bringing joy in the daily care and solitude.

On a national scale and Recognized as a Public Utility, the Pink Blouses remain an association in the field. 4 volunteers and 200 employees work daily to bring their smiles and support to more than a million beneficiaries, a third of whom are children.

7 days a week, the volunteers of the Blouses Roses work in hundreds of establishments, hospitals, retirement homes… throughout France. Always with a smile !
