- 90 minutes: 70€ (60 per video)

Massage:
In order to reduce stress, improve the quality of sleep, reduce the risk of aches after a sports session, improve recovery and more, I offer you a Thai massage combined with sports massage techniques.

You can book a massage following a coaching session or alone.

Price: €60 (duration: 1 hour)

Naturopathy:
- Full assessment - First session of about 1h30: 80€
- Follow-up session: As needed: €50
- Iridology check-up: 60€

BAFA and PSE1 holder, I take care of your children in a different way by offering them an awakening gym session to improve their motor skills, coordination, balance and flexibility.
