The workshop has existed since 1960, in the heart of our beautiful Normandy.
In 2000, it developed a partnership with distributors of raw materials in bakery and thus acquired extensive experience in terms of quality and services with craftsmen.
La Royale Normande is also different ranges produced to order or in-house for big names in luxury delicatessen or catering. Today, the Royale Normande has premises of 1420m² including 875m² for production.
Traceability, HACCP, quality approach have been implemented within our company for many years.

La Royale Normande for the sake of excellence, manufactures its own praline, which guarantees us and you a chocolate with unique and deep flavors.
The advantage of this approach is to have a look at the praline recipe put in place and the quality of the finished product. We thus preserve a know-how and we thus guarantee the "homemade" of our fabulous snails.
