La Fournée des Délices (biscuit factory)

A stone's throw from the Côte Fleurie, la fournée des délices offers a wide range of biscuits in a modern and simple decorated shop: shortbread, soft, crunchy and even salty for an aperitif.

Their specialty? Sablénouville: pure AOP Isigny butter. Their will ? A production in their image: craftsmanship, 100% family and impeccable quality. They select their raw materials for their taste quality in order to ensure a real gourmet (and Norman!) pleasure.

A free tasting is offered to you so do not hesitate to come and treat yourself. Also take advantage of the pretty glass roof which offers a view of the manufacturing workshops.

A family tradition
OUR STORY
It all started in 1984, Philippe, passionate about pastry, began his experience in various renowned houses on the Côte Fleurie. For more than 10 years he will develop his own know-how in the making of cakes, mounted pieces and chocolate.

In 1995, he decided to settle with his wife in a small village in the Pays d'Auge as a baker.
In love with his profession, he participated in various regional competitions such as a gold medal for the tarte tatin...
It was in 2007 that Philippe and Françoise had the opportunity to return to the seaside, more precisely to Dives-sur-Mer to create their bakery and pastry shop La Fournée des Délices.

Building on their success, they decided to develop certain pastry specialties but also to expand their offer to biscuits.

Philippe develops and perfects his own recipe for shortbread, but also madeleines and financiers.
Years pass and they have only one thing in mind, to specialize in Biscuits.
