The apartment has an entrance, to its left an equipped kitchen opening onto the living room with TV (107cm).


The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, crockery and kitchen equipment.


The bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and storage space, towel dryer. Separate toilets.


The first bedroom has a 140x200 bed with bedside tables, lamps and desk area equipped with screen, keyboard and mouse.


The second bedroom has an IKEA fold-out sofa bed (140x200) for 2 people and a chest of drawers. Plenty of storage available under the bench seat as well.


An outdoor table with two chairs is available to enjoy the sun in the flowered garden, quiet and set back from the street (you will have exclusive access to a third of the garden to be precise).


The apartment has positive hygro-regulated ventilation (HPV) which filters and purifies the air (mites, CO2, VOCs, microbes) for even more comfort and serenity.
