Fitness kayaking is a very complete sport that combines water sports and physical activity. It improves his general physical condition but also his mental condition. It is a good alternative to traditional sport because it is an endurance sport that is practiced outdoors and therefore allows you to enjoy nature, fresh air and the sun. The fitness kayak also allows you to relax in contact with the fauna and flora. This activity can be practiced at all ages (from 17 years old).
The main objectives of kayak fitness are to achieve a certain level of well-being and maintain one's health but also to reduce the risk factors of certain diseases, to limit the spread of a pathology or the risks of recurrence and to improve one's quality of life. Kayak fitness sessions will allow learning sea kayaking and kayak surfing. Endurance sessions and outings at sea or in white water will also be set up.

– Thursday from 14:30 p.m. to 16:00 p.m.
– Sunday from 10h00 to 11h30
From April 1, 2025, the Thursday session will move to Friday at 16:00 p.m.
Ages 17 and up. Duration: 1 hours. Prices: €30/session, €26 for 185 sessions, and €10 for an annual subscription.
