Nature walk - Discovering the beach and the sea

18 May 2024

TROUVILLE SUR MER

JULY 23: Free visit as part of the Fête de la Mer! Registration required at the Tourist Office.

The Tourist Office offers a new nature walk, access to the beach and the sea!

What is a sea lay? How are the tides formed? What do whelks eggs look like? What are those shells on the rocks?

To find out everything about the beach and its secrets, go on an adventure with Bruno Outters, a professional diver from Trouville, a true local character and fervent defender of fauna and flora!

Embark on a 3-hour educational and ecological ride to discover the Trouville coast!

This 5km hike, from the promenade jetty to the Roches Noires cliffs, invigorating and full of surprises, leads us to become aware of the richness and fragility of marine ecosystems. On your return, you will be invited to pick up some waste (bring gloves and a small bag if possible), the sea lays unfortunately always deliver some surprises...

Accessible to any able-bodied person, this walk does however have some difficulties (walking on the sand, passages of rocks). Provide walking shoes, windbreaker and water. For children, this walk is recommended from 8 years old.

Compulsory registration at the Tourist Office.
