- A practice accessible to all. You don't need to be a confirmed athlete, it's a walking activity within everyone's reach, whether you know how to swim or not. A beneficial activity for well-being and health.
- It allows muscle and cardiovascular strengthening without joint trauma, promotes blood circulation and improves balance and endurance. A moment of well-being with the relaxing effects of water on the body while toning the muscles. Work with a paddle mobilizes the entire muscle chain (shoulder, arm, triceps, back muscles...). An activity of pleasure and conviviality.

Duration:
> From April 1st to September 30th:
- Thursday: from 18 p.m. to 19:30 p.m.
- Saturday: from 18 p.m. to 19:30 p.m.
> From October 1st to October 31st:
- Thursday and Saturday: from 18 p.m. to 19 p.m.
> From November 1st to December 20th:
- Thursday: from 12:30 p.m. to 14 p.m.
- Saturday: from 16 p.m. to 17:30 p.m.
> From December 21 to March 31:
- Thursday: from 12:30 p.m. to 14 p.m.
- Saturday: from 16 p.m. to 17:30 p.m.
