THETerritorial social media observatory, which each year rewards the best actions in terms of public communication, this year focused on the actions of local authorities on the web and social networks during the health crisis linked to Covid-19.

The selection committee combed through more than 200 actions carried out by communities on the web in general or on social networks during the Covid-19 crisis to select only 66 nominees who competed for the Hashtags of Gold, silver or bronze. After winning the Golden hashtag for the best small town on Instagram in 2019, Trouville-sur-Mer was named this year in two categories: "Game / Entertainment" and "Solidarity".

During the #Hashtags2020 ceremony, taking place on September 25, 2020 in Paris, Trouville-sur-Mer was awarded 2 bronze Hashtags for the immersive game " Quest in Trouville » and its solidarity platform BeProxy to support local businesses!

The e-commerce platform and solidarity purchase vouchers BeProxy Trouville-sur-Mer, launched with Be proxy and the Tourist Office of Trouville-sur-Mer in the midst of confinement, has made it possible to support the local economic fabric, to encourage "local consumption" and to facilitate the linking residents and merchants, especially restaurants (online orders, setting up drives, home deliveries). The solidarity platform is today nominated for the #Hashtags2020 in the "Solidarity" category!
