For one person

  • Orange,
  • a lemon,
  • 4 cloves,
  • a pinch of powdered ginger,
  • a pinch of turmeric,
  • a little water
  • 3 mint leaves.

Squeeze the orange and lemon, add spices and water. Refrigerate until the spices diffuse.

When serving, add the fresh mint leaves.
