At the Tourist Office, we have a secret to always be in good shape: the vitamin juice of Sophie, our director.
Ingredients:
For one person
- Orange,
- a lemon,
- 4 cloves,
- a pinch of powdered ginger,
- a pinch of turmeric,
- a little water
- 3 mint leaves.
Instructions
Squeeze the orange and lemon, add spices and water. Refrigerate until the spices diffuse.
When serving, add the fresh mint leaves.
