  • 1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 plain, cow's milk or soy yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of oil of your choice (olive, sesame, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  • a pinch of salt Optional if you have: sesame or poppy seeds, cranberries, almonds, hazelnuts…
EQUIPMENT

salad bowl, scales, baking tray

INSTRUCTIONS

Before you start, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Weigh all the ingredients.

In a bowl I pour the flour, baking soda and salt. I mix and dig a well in the middle.

In a bowl, I pour the yogurt. I beat a little with a fork, then add the oil and water and mix well. I pour this mixture into the well of flour.

With my hands I knead for about 5 minutes to obtain a very smooth and homogeneous dough. I can add water if the dough is too firm. At the end the dough should not stick to your fingers.

I add the surprise ingredients of my choice and I knead again to incorporate them well.

I separate the dough into 6 portions and form pretty balls. I can also have fun creating the shapes of my choice!

I then place each bun on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

They will bake in the oven for about 15 minutes. I let it cool and I can keep them for a few days in a box.
