What could be better than a little comforting soup to warm bodies and hearts? David from the shop Falzar, shared her secret recipe with us…


for 4 people :

  • 200g carrots
  • 250g leeks
  • 100g stalk celery with leaves
  • 5g turmeric

Cut all the vegetables into 1 to 2 cm dice. Add salt, freshly ground pepper, then let sweat for 10 minutes without browning. Add 1.5 liters of water. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.

Add fresh herbs (flat-leaf parsley, chives or basil). Mix lightly so as to leave a few lumps.

Make homemade croutons in the oven with olive oil and finely chop some parmesan.

Serve hot. Good tasting !!!!
