A fresh and thirst-quenching drink for small and big thirsts, concocted by Chloé cooks green!

  • 1 L artisanal apple juice
  • 1 gousse de vanille
  • 1 tsp Timut peppercorns
  • 1 tsp cardamom seeds
  • 1 branch of thyme
  • 300 gr of diced apple and pear pieces
  • 1 balancing
  • 1 paring knife
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 saucepan  

Cut the vanilla pod in 2 and remove the seeds with the tip of a knife.
Heat the apple juice over low heat with the spices (corns and vanilla pod), diced fruit and thyme.
Turn off the heat and leave to macerate for an hour or two, ideally.
Heat again and taste the apple juice with small biscuits to taste it.
