The “1899” of the Manoirs de Tourgeville unveils a new decoration, for a new story.
Under the expertise of Marine Ugo, interior designer, the new restaurant room, with rounded shapes, is discovered upon entry. The restaurant offers a new variation of colors in shades of white and powder beige… which delicately combine with the existing color of the oak and the chosen materials and fabrics.
On the plate, chef Emmanuel Andrieu celebrates seasonal gastronomy with products selected from the best local artisans. A "Bistronomic" menu, renewed according to the seasons, is offered every day.
