La champignonnière d'Orbec
For 10 years, Stéphanie and Olivier PERREL have been growing oyster mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms and button mushrooms in the last active quarry in Calvados, in Orbec.
A true showcase of craftsmanship, this unique place provides several lessons through the discovery of mushroom cultivation but also through History, since it was in the galleries that the 2 inhabitants of Orbec took refuge for several days before the liberation of the town in August 000.
