Calvados Pierre Huet
Located in Normandy on the Cider Route, in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, the Pierre Huet family estate produces and sells Calvados, Pommeau de Normandie and Cider.
On the 30 hectares of orchards of the Estate, composed of high and low stem apple trees, there are more than 25 varieties of cider apples.
Thanks to a terroir naturally suited to apple production, Domaine Pierre HUET produces and markets worldwide, according to very strict criteria, four of the six Norman cider Appellations d'Origine Contrôlées (AOC):
– Calvados Pays d'Auge
– Calvados
– Normandy pommel
– Pays d'Auge Cider
In groups or individually, we welcome you all year round for a guided tour of the Estate during which we will reveal the secrets of the slow transformation of the Apple into Calvados.
You will enter a world where tradition, quality and innovation remain the family's sole concerns.
The wood-fired press and stills will amaze you, but it is in the cellars, which house century-old barrels, that you will be overwhelmed by subtle, pleasant aromas...
Finally, during the tasting, you will be able to appreciate all the richness of the Pays d'Auge!
