The classification of furnished tourist accommodation is a voluntary process, evaluating accommodation according to criteria of comfort, equipment, and service.
We carry out a visit to assess the quality of the accommodation offered for seasonal rental.
The classification is done in the form of stars from 1 to 5.
The classification allows owners to benefit from a higher tax advantage on rental income (50% instead of 30%, for non-classified), which significantly reduces their taxes. This is valid for 5 years.
