Our Tourist Office wanted to be part of a "living together" approach. The Trouville-sur-Mer Tourist and Attractiveness Office is certified Tourism & Disability label , for the 4 disabilities (visual, hearing, mental and motor), since March 2021. This state label is issued for a period of 5 years.
Our permanent stay advisors have therefore been trained in the four disabilities to provide the best possible welcome to all customers visiting Trouville-sur-Mer.

The Tourist and Attractiveness Office has equipped itself with equipment and facilities to meet the different types of disabilities:
Physical disability

- Entrance is on the ground floor and is through an automatic door. There is another manual entrance door, recommended if assistance is available.
- The reception area and the shop area communicate and are on the same level.
- The self-service documentation areas are arranged at different heights and allow access to all the same brochures, regardless of the height of the shelf.
- A reception desk is lowered to facilitate access to information by our stay advisors
- A counter is also lowered in the shop area to facilitate transactions
visual impairment

- The windows of the two entrances are marked with stripes
- Traffic from the entrances to the reception and shop counters is controlled by floor guide strips.
- Self-service documentation areas are identified by pictograms to facilitate access to information
- Tourist documents on the resort and its surroundings are available for consultation or loan: braille and large print
- Guide dogs are welcome

Reserved parking spaces
The town of Trouville-sur-Mer is doing everything it can to welcome you and make your travels easier. Our town has several parking spaces located in easy-access locations for sightseeing or getting around.
The closest disabled parking spaces to the Tourist and Attractions Office are located 50 meters away in the parking lot on Quai Fernand Moureaux. A pedestrian crossing at sidewalk level is available to reach the establishment.
Parking is free in these spaces, with the exception of the enclosed car parks located in front of the casino (all year round) and on the Quai Fernand Moureaux (from April to October and during school holidays, zone C).

Coming to Trouville-sur-Mer and travelling by public transport in the region
To travel by train
SNCF trains to Trouville-Deauville station are suitable for travellers with reduced mobility.
The station assistance service is a free service offered to People with Disabilities (PSH) and People with Reduced Mobility (PRM). At the departure station, this service allows you to be accompanied from the "Disabled Traveler Assistance" reception point to your seat on the train. At your destination, you will be accompanied from your seat on the train to the station exit, your seat on the connecting train, the station taxi rank or any other location of your choice within the station. Reserved parking spaces. Accessible toilets.
To travel by bus
Accèocar, PMR transport from Bus Nomad Normandie
Book on all existing scheduled commercial routes, all year round. Travel directly from your home to the destination of your choice: Nomad Normandy on-demand transport.
Service limited to the following users:
- wheelchair user (UFR) on presentation of a CMI card (Mobility Inclusion card) with the mention "disability" and a disability rate greater than 80% or on proof of the request to the MDPH or European Parking Card
- Blind civilians in possession of a yellow card with a green star, or equipped with a white cane
- Any person with a temporary disability requiring them to use a wheelchair may also be admitted upon presentation of a medical certificate.
An accompanying person is free if the disability card includes the words "Companion Required".
