The Aurélie BONNET Immobilier adventure began in 2015 with the opening of our first real estate agency in Trouville-sur-Mer, in the heart of the Côte Fleurie. Your very positive feedback motivated us to then set up in Deauville, Saint-Gatien-des-Bois and in the heart of the Pays d'Auge in Lisieux.

Our methodologies are based on the convictions of our founder Aurélie BONNET.

We attach great importance to establishing a close relationship: each course must be personalized and adapted according to the needs of each individual. Our goal is to satisfy you fully and to build a lasting relationship of trust with you.

We offer you fair and consistent value notices to allow you a sale within a reasonable time (26 days in 2024, for exclusivity).

Our estimate will be sent to you within 72 hours following the assessment.

When you have entrusted us with the sale, a report will be sent to you after each visit because it is important that you are informed of the return visitors.

Obviously this relationship of transparency continues until the signing of the authentic deed.
