The measures in place for visitors:
Enhanced disinfection of common areas, including handles, room keys, and the payment terminal when contactless payment is not possible between each customer visit.
Enhanced disinfection of all surfaces in bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms.
Change of cleaning equipment between each room, in particular microfiber cloths and wipes.
Use of disinfectant detergent products approved according to standard EN 14476.
Teams are trained in barrier gestures and ensure they wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction.
Breakfast is preferably served in your room.
