An afternoon between art, music and nature
To mark the centenary of Erik Satie's (1866-1925) death, this cultural escapade takes you to La Forge in Honfleur, an unusual place where art flourishes in a garden filled with mosaics, fantastical creatures, and symbols.
Guitarist and composer Pierrejean Gaucher invites you to a musical lecture-screening to rediscover Satie beyond the famous Gymnopédies. Guitar in hand and supported by video excerpts, he explores the legacy of a composer who inspired jazz, pop, and minimalism. A different way to listen, understand... and dream.
The afternoon will conclude with a friendly moment around an aperitif.
The event is reserved for participants arriving by coach (departure at 15:15 p.m. from the Tourist Office – return expected around 18:30 p.m.).
