The CNTH – Trouville Hennequeville Nautical Club offers quarterly catamaran training cycles in the spring and autumn.

These regular sessions allow you to sail throughout the season, progress technically and maintain your feel for a fast boat, in a friendly and supervised atmosphere.

Two time slots are offered depending on the age and availability of the participants: Wednesday and Saturday.

Regular practice leads to lasting progress.

The quarterly training sessions offer an ideal structured framework for developing navigation skills.
