The Office of Tourism and Attractiveness of Trouville-sur-Mer has a new reservation ticketing and online sales in order to be able to develop the marketing of the tourist offer of Trouville-sur-Mer and the Normandy territory.
We have taken advantage of the change in our reservation, collection, accounting and inventory management tools to set up this powerful tool that is more suited to the new practices of our visitors.
Developed in collaboration with Welogin, a French company offering tools dedicated to the tourism and culture professions, our ticket office offers a wide choice of leisure, sporting or cultural activities. (guided tours, activities or events, screenings, workshops or admission to museums or tourist sites), but also gift vouchers or packages made up of memorable experiences to enjoy as a family, as a couple or with friends.
Easy to use, the online store allows you to: fill your basket, pay, receive tickets by email.
The platform is open to everyone, partners or non-partners of the Office. This new service allows them to increase their notoriety and their visibility, to conquer new customers, and above all to meet the expectations of our visitors looking for services to facilitate the organization of their stay.
Membership of this platform (marketplace) is free, with the Office bearing the costs of service, maintenance, updating of offers, optimization of the tool, promotion and distribution; as well as bank charges.
Why offer a ticket office?
Tourism is often badly perceived by the locals, permanent residents of the destination. They often have the feeling that all our services, products or animations are reserved only for tourists. The whole challenge lies in the development of more inclusive and accessible tourism for all, which gives pride of place to the inhabitants and contributes to their well-being. This ticket office also has the desire to offer new and original experiences that make them want to (re)discover their city and strengthen their sense of pride in belonging, but also to participate in local life and the improvement of leisure/holiday offer for all audiences, especially the most disadvantaged. A new association will be designated each year and the sum collected will be paid back at the end of the financial year.
