A delicious recipe that children love, proposed by Aurélie, commercial attaché of the Tourist Office!❤️

  • 250 flour
  • ½ packet sifted baking powder
  • 60g powdered sugar (or 50g + 1 packet of vanilla sugar)
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 125g liquid cream
  • 2 bananes bien mresres
  • Butter
  • Sucre glace

Mix flour, sugar and yeast. Add the beaten eggs, then the warm milk and cream, then the mashed bananas.

Melt a little butter in a frying pan, pour the mixture to make fairly thick mini pancakes (pancake style). Cook for one to two minutes on each side. Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving.
